Day 1 : Fes – Ifrane – middle atlas mountains – Midelt – ziz valley – Merzouga sahara desert

Your 5 days from fes to Marrakech desert tour will start with a pick up early morning from your riad/hotel in Fez  and then drive south east of Morocco towards the desert which takes around 8 hours with stops, the first stop will be in Ifrane known as Switzerland city of Morocco to walk around for a few minutes and then to the cedar forest of  Azrou to meet the wild local apes.Continuing to Midelt  through the middle atlas mountains to stop for lunch in this town,afterwardsthe journey will through the Ziz valley with it’s date palms with a beautiful view of the stunning & gaint palm trees crossing the town of Erfoud before arriving to Merzouga sahara deser Erg Chebbi.Overnight stay in hotel/riad.

Day 2: Merzouga area – nomad family visit – Camel ride

After breakfast in your hotel you will be on be the road again but this time off roading the first stop you will be the village of Khamlia to enjoy live Gnawa music, continue through an off road to have a tour of the sand dunes, stop to have some  tea with nomads berber family learn about the their way of living and discover a new sense of life from there , straight to have lunch in a local restaurant that serves a local berber pizza, after lunch , you will be getting ready for the camel ride which takes 1 hour to the camp for an overnight in a berber tent.

Day 3 : Merzouga sahara desert – Todra gorge – Dades valley

You will Wake up early morning to enjoy one of the best surise ever, on the top of a sand dune, after having breakfast you will take the camels back to merzouga town ( there will be also the option of taking the car back ) and then depart towards Tineghir passing by Erfoud and Tinejdad where you will stop for lunch.In the afternoon you will continue to Todra gorge  (300m high canyons) where you can peacefully where you will have  afree time to wander around before continuing to dades valley stopping along the way to take some pictures before arriving to your hote/riad for an overnight.

Day 4: Dades valley  – Skoura – Ouarzazate

After your daily  breakfast  the journey will start towards Kalaa M’gouna and The route of thousand kasbahs providing numerous and charming views of the mud berber houses ,crossing  “the city of roses”,which is known for the production of the rose water and cosmetic products made of roses.  Continuing into Skoura ,stop to visit a 17^th century Kasbah called Amredil (optional )through skoura palm groves before getting to Ouarzazate “the Hollywood of Africa” attracted many world class movies producers.You will visit Atlas Film corporation studios before reaching our hotel.overnight at Hote/riad.

Day 5: Ouarzazate-Ait BenHaddou Kasbah –tizi n’tichka pass – Marrakech

After your daily breakfast, youwill  drive to Marrakech, through the well known Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou ,he largest one in Morocco a UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1987 before driving through the majestic Tizi n’tichka Pass (2260m) over the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech where your(5 days from Fes to Marrakech desert tour ) ends.
